What is GlamDiam’s repair policy?
Within 30 days of receipt, if your GlamDiam piece(s) needs repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, Glamdiam y will repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or you can choose a merchandise credit or refund.
After 30 days (and at the discretion of GlamDiam Jewelry) you may have your item repaired by providing the original sales receipt or transaction id #. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us at glamdiam.sales@gmail.com

What is GlamDiam's return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a GlamDiam.com merchandise credit or refund. The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt (or validated transaction id#).
All online returns must be made directly with GlamDiam Jewelry

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns accepted in unworn condition 30 days after purchase.
